Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Payments

  • Membership is month-to-month, unless a balance remains on a Pay-Over-Time plan .

  • Pay-Over-Time is available to Preferred & Elite members for select services.

  • All balances must be paid in full before cancellation is allowed.

If a membership payment is not received and a balance is owed, additional monthly fees will continue to be added until the balance is paid in full.

If no payment arrangement is made, a 30% APR interest charge will be added to the past due balance.

Customers are responsible for any bank fees resulting from missed or returned payments.

2. Service & Scheduling

Ware closed on Sundays for God and Family.

Services are scheduled seasonally (one per quarter).

Additional services require a service visit.Priority scheduling is based on availability.24/7 Emergency Support:Elite members receive front-of-the-line service.Preferred members receive emergency support when available.Availability Clause: While we strive to provide after-hours and emergency services, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Service is provided based on technician availability and scheduling demands.Customer Scheduling Responsibility:While Hi Tech will make multiple attempts to schedule services, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to schedule their own services.Missed Appointments:Customers understand that sometimes appointments are missed on both ends (customer and Hi Tech).In the event of a missed appointment, Hi Tech is not liable for any damages or issues resulting from the missed time frame.

3. Homeowner Authorization Policy

Memberships are for property owners only.Payments can be made by anyone, but only the homeowner can authorize work, receive estimates, or sign service agreements.No homeowner consent, no service.

4. Refund & Discount Policy

There are no discounts on service plans.There are no refunds on membership plans, unused time frames, or missed appointments.There are no refunds on installed parts or services rendered.

5. Digital-Only Document Policy

Hi Tech Trade School is a digital provider.We do not offer invoices or estimates in paper format.Customers must keep a valid email and/or phone number on file to receive documents from Hi Tech.

6. Liability & Water Damage Disclaimer

Hi Tech Trade School Homeowners Club is not responsible for any water damage or water-related issues that occur in the home, whether related to existing plumbing conditions or services provided.This includes, but is not limited to:Leaks, flooding, mold, mold-related issues, fire, and smoke damage.Homeowners assume all responsibility for any potential risks before, during, or after services are rendered.

7. Membership & Terms Updates

Hi Tech Trade School Homeowners Club reserves the right to update our terms and services at any time.In the event of a policy update, members will be notified by the updated terms being made available in their portal and on our website, with a date of update.It is the responsibility of the member to stay informed. By continuing services with Hi Tech, members automatically accept the updated terms.
